New brag book released yesterday

One of my latest brag books was released yesterday on the RRD blog. This one is using a kit called Sunflower Susie from Raspberry Road Designs. You can pick up this brag book freebie by going to RRD and downloading it. Pretty simple, huh? Better yet, while you're there grab a copy of the kit. Susan's prices really affordable and her kits are simply gorgeous!

Another Brag Book Completed

Wow! Susan of Raspberry Road has just posted another one of my brag books on her CT blog. This one was made using her "Built Tough" kit for the guys in our lives.

What a BEE-utiful day!

I hope your day is as filled with sunshine as this little corner of the planet. What is all the hooplah? I've got some great news to share with you. Yesterday, as I was "blurfing" (what my friend Sandie, from Bearpatch Crafts, calls blog surfing) I happened to visit Susan Darter's blog, Raspberry Road Designs http://raspberryroaddesigns.blogspot.com/search/label/Freebies . Susan is a fantastic designer, and as I have said in one of my earlier posts, a great inspiration to me. And she has great freebies too.

Anywho . . . on with the story. I went to Susan's blog and found the most adorable freebie kit, called "Blissful Morning." I just had to download that jewel and start playing with it. It took about an hour, and I had three brag book quick pages done. I just had to share with Susan what I had done with her kit . . .they turned out so cute! So, I e-mailed the files to her. To my surprise, she asked me to make three more pages so she could offer them on her blog as a freebie. WOW, was I ever on cloud nine! I made five more pages, for a total of eight and e-mailed the files to Susan. She has them posted on her blog now as a freebie. Here is what they look like , the picture does not do them justice though, they look much better on Susan's site:








But, there is more to the story. After I had finished the files and sent them to Susan, she e-mailed me again. This time it was to ask if I would be interested in designing brag books and quick pages using her kits.

WHOA! Are you kidding me? I would love the opportunity to design for her. So, of course, I said yes. LOL
